Welcome to Coach of Diamonds, a coaching and leadership-development company founded by Courtney Tucker to help women in sports restore purpose, reclaim personal power, and pursue sustainable performance.
Meet Courtney
Courtney’s journey through the sports industry revealed firsthand the challenges women often face without adequate support, guidance, or mentorship. Those experiences inspired her mission to ensure other women do not have to navigate their journeys alone. As a resilience mindset strategist, Courtney empowers female athletes and sports professionals to reclaim their purpose, activate their power, and elevate their performance. Through her Diamond Process, Courtney equips women to grow personally, challenge limited beliefs, and embrace innovative leadership.
Credentials
- Courtney graduated from NC Wesleyan with a degree is Criminal Justice and Psychology. She later earned a pair of Masters degrees from Liberty University. Her masters degrees were in Management and Leadership and Sports management and Sports administration.
- Courtney is the founder of a non-profit organization, Diamond Life Inc. Her non profit focuses on serving underrepresented females in the sport of softball.
- Courtney has over 20 years of experience in HigherEd and collegiate athletics. She continues to demonstrate an excellence in advising, coaching and recruiting.
